The Project consists of three two-story architecturally designed concrete tilt buildings, each with a steel structural system and Class A core and office interiors. The buildings’ full-width lobbies will feature a two-story atrium with a skylight, maple paneling, slate and carpet flooring, an elevator, an open staircase with glass railings, furniture, plants, and artwork. The buildings are conveniently located and visible from Interstate 5 as well as Highway 99 and Highway 217. The entire project was leased during the construction stage.
