Details: This project was a build-to-suit office building for First Technology Credit Union, an existing tenant of the Beaverton Creek Business Park. The building is similar in size and design to the existing 50,000 sf First Tech Credit Union Building. The Phase II building accommodates the back office needs for First Tech’s continued growth. Construction began in May 2005 and was completed in December 2005.
